Pros

Nice people. Great systems and ideas.

Cons

Cult-like. Technicians are screwed, managers don't care. Systems and ideas are followed only sometime.

Pros

Amazing culture, colleagues are genuine and bosses generally care for you well being. Benefits are amazing too, salary increment is one if not the best in the industry. Flexibility in working hours is the greatest takeaway. Very steep learning curve and HR provides very good training.

Cons

Work load and deadlines are crazy, even though we have flexi hours we seem to work very long hours - perhaps thats the reason why we need flexi hours. Sometimes management sits on the ideas for too long, keep thinking about them not activating.

Pros

Certainly some good opportunities for a broad employment experience as well as exposure to different technologies.

Cons

Becoming increasingly bureaucratic and difficult to to 'get things done'. Behaves like multiple independent companies with their own priorities, business processes, cultures.
