not bad money opportunities for moving up. opportunity for a personally tailored career path opportunities to travel and work abroad

Cons

long hours meaningless trainings too big plan for the PG systems the career path only works for certain people many redundancies

Lots of variety in the roles available - most people move roles every 2 years. Options in the UK - brand finance analyst, sales finance manager, finance team leader, corporate finance and plant finance analyst or manager.

Cons

- Bottle neck to get promoted, but that's the same in most places. - Also to make the most of the career model, people are expected to be flexible and able to move around for roles based on the company's needs

Pros

Well known company so it'd be easier to look for a better paid job out there after a few years of expirience. Flexible hours if you have Human Resources on your side to talk to your manager other wise the policy is not real.

Cons

Fear of speaking up or straight talk. They are supposed to promote from within but when there is an opening instead of promote someone in the organization they bring someone else from other region.
