Pros
The culture. You will work with some of the brightest, most well-rounded, and genuine people. Ownership. The amount of responsibility that you're given is unparalleled. Development. It's a steep learning curve but you'll continually feel challenged.
Cons
Processes. This is true of most large corporations though P&G is striving to become more agile by breaking down key barriers. There is still improvement to be made.
