Pros

Rigorous methodical classical brand management Terrific, high quality people who teach you and are fun to be around. Values driven, one of a kind of an employer.

Cons

Large can mean bureaucratic. Rigorous can mean overly focused on rules and so called best practices leading to people not thinking for themselves and waiting to have an answer for everything

Pros

Easy work warehouse loading wagons in the logistics department. Shift work. Central location for commuting and friendly staff at site

Cons

It's a big company. No promotional prospects unless your in office based environment. Not cheap to get there you need a car because public transport is so expensive if you live outside Trafford

Pros

If you put in hard work, you have a lot of opportunity to make it all the way to the top.

Cons

It is a cut-throat, dog eat dog work environment. People that want to climb to the top will do everything and anything in their power to rise and eliminate anyone that stands in their way
