Pros

-flexibility -looks great on a resume

Cons

-if you are not willing to relocate there is no chance for promotion -MUST play the political game, if you just Go to work and do a great job you will not get noticed. Those employees who generally don't have great results but can "brag" or make themselves known will be promoted -culture is horrible, we see micromanaged to death

Pros

There are a lot of talented people working for the company. Sadly, a lot of these talented people are choosing to leave.

Cons

No longer best in class for benefits. Not a promote within culture even though they say that they are. Employee morale is very low and management doesn't seem to be listening. Stay away from this company! They are simply no longer best in class.
