Pros

The people and the processes make P&G successful. Projects and ideas are vetted through very carefully (sometimes too much), but generally delivers strong results. The training and attention given to building diversity is great!

Cons

Sometimes the processes get in the way of delivering a project with speed and in a timely manner. As with other companies, not all managers are created equal, meaning that one work assignment could be outstanding, but another not even close given the management style. This is true with even some of the different organizations within the company.

Pros

P&G's compensation and benefits package is quite good, especially in this area. The size of the Company provides a wide range of jobs in every global region.

Cons

Bureaucracy is always an obstacle in a large multi-national company. Although scale is typically a great advantage, it indeed makes it difficult to quickly move projects forward.
