Pros

The best company to start your career, promotion from within, great people

Cons

Too big and slow in making decisions, too much politics, log working hours, not competitive salaries, losing top talent to competition

Pros

Good point for CV. Learning opportunities. Nice people around. Very good option for un-experienced students to start career. Famous brands to work with.

Cons

Company tries to cut costs, which means: 1. headcount reduced and workload became much bigger 2. management is still not sure how to operate in new environment, unless ask people work harder 3. business trips are almost banned 4. team-building events are almost banned (or very chip) A LOT depends on who is your manager (I’m happy with it now very much :) )

Long, often interesting, but ultimately frustrating.

Pros

Training, brands, ethics, and people.

Cons

Process, process, process. Style of behaviour overly corporate. Very American corporate culture.
