Pros

Excellent benefits, flexibility to manage work and home life, outstanding career opportunities and training. Most of all, a very competent organization which makes work fun and challenging. I have become a better person at work and at home because of my experiences and training at P&G.

Cons

The pressure to do well is enormous and the competition is tough for promotions.

Pros

Lots of smart, talented, driven people across functions Broad resources available to bring to bear on your business or project Principle-based culture and people, takes "doing the right thing" seriously

Cons

Internal vs. eternal focus - lot of energy spent on countless internal scorecards focused on in-process measures vs. growing core business metrics Lots of people who can say no, few who can say yes; can be challenging to navigate matrixed organization with overlapping responsibilities; inhibits speed and agility
