Pros

Great mentoring program and benefits package. The people working there are the main reason why the company is successful. It is all about building relationships at P&G and everyone is willing to help. Great projects as well.

Cons

The locations of the plants are in rural cities, but the people working there make up for it!

Pros

money, $15/hr to start $20/hr after a year. its not a hard job at all. even though the tests to get in are harder than what the actual job is. 4+ weeks vac just after 5 years. good retirement packages.

Cons

no work life balance. alot of butt kissing to get promotions. no organization at all upon management. shift work is a pain to deal with.
