Pros

Lots of opportunities to explore different areas of the business. Very friendly and caring work environment. Excellent training and development programs. This is a very large, capital-intensive company. They give new employees a lot of responsibility right at the beginning. They are great about nurturing new hires as it is a promote from within culture. The employees live and breathe the PVP's.

Cons

Sometimes too process-driven in managing projects. Makes project management stiff, unflexible, difficult to make changes. Salary is not as competitive as competitors in the same industry. Sometimes promotion is difficult.
