Pros

Great salary, pretty good working conditions, highly skilled and professional team, great opportunities for advancement

Cons

Poor work-life balance, no paid overtime(although there is a LOT of overtime). Complicated multi-layered structure and communications. It is extremely difficult to get things moving because of the huge number of approvals necessary for any project to begin.

Pros

If you're looking for a stable company and the comfort of security, this is a great company. Mixed in with a focus to educate and train their employees, P&G is a phenomenal company.

Cons

If you are looking to climb the corporate ladder and take on big responsibilities quickly, this company is not for you. It is very structured and there seems to be strict timelines and processes to get through to levels with high level decision making power.
