Pros

Excellent management school. Interesting strategic assignments. Young, casual and creative environment. Well paid.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance (even if Company says it's a focus area) and very stressful energy-draining hours. Scarce possibility to be in a work-life balanced role: either you run willing to achieve the top, or they have no place for you.

Pros

Receive a paycheck in very diffucult time to find other employment. Depending on the department you are in they will help you succeed and treat you with respect.

Cons

Some departments are very accomodating to employees and treat employees as adults, however other departments Product Supply's CSO are very controlling and look downward on employees. Some departments encourage employees to succeed however at the same time you have other department again Product Supply's CSO that will not let employees move onward or upward.
