Pros

At P&G you can completely switch careers, but still work at the same company! Where else do you have that opportunity?

Cons

To really move up you probably need to move to Cincinnati. This is not a city people normally think of on their "want to live there" lists. However, it actually has a lot of character and personality.

Pros

Procter & Gamble is a promote from within company so it invests heavily in your professional growth. From formal training to varied and stretching new roles there are myriad opportunities to learn and practice new skills.

Cons

The more experienced managers are excellent; however, given recent attrition rates they have begun to promote people into management roles before they are ready (to cover the gap) and it remains to be seen how this will impact the quality of coaching for junior employees.
