The quality level of people that work there is excellent which make it a great environment to learn and grow.

Cons

Competition for the highest rank is intense so that you need to be at the top of your game all the time.

Pros

Procter and Gamble offers a stable work environment. If you are "banded" you can easily move up the ladder with time (not performance). Compensation and benefits are structured to be exactly at the median.

Cons

Lack of creativity in product supply (I can't speak for HQ or marketing). Procter and Gamble does not respect its employees and does not set people up for success. They usually implement rotating shifts at the technician level (this week you are on first shift, next week you are 2nd, etc).

-Good Benefits -Good Pay start when you come in as a manager from a great school -Good training -Stability

Cons

-Very slow promotion -Too much politics -Slow in technology upgrades -Only hire managers who graduated from famous universities -Even if you have an MBA and years of experience outside, it will not be looked at as a reason to be promoted to a manager since you are already in the company. You still have to work your way up and know people. So sometimes, you may have more education and experience than a higher paid new manager in the company.
