Pros

- great CEO (Bob M) - global and based on core principles and values of genuinely trying to better the lives of people in the world - mostly smart people

Cons

- path to promotion is nearly non-existent - environment is turning to one that is so competitive, upper management has forgotten how to 'do the right thing'

Pros

Well-known company. Strong product recognition, thus products are easy to sell.

Cons

The people are very much into the company, thus earning the nickname "proctoids". It's almost cult-like.
