Pros

- high level of responsibility - management of important clients - tough life experience - good benefits (car, internet, phone)

Cons

- fieldwork for at least 2 years and a half in a city not yours with no office (= no social life) - bureaucracy - very low global mobility (at least 6 years of experience within P&G and only best next step: Geneva) - almost impossible to change from CBD to Marketing - career advancement often linked to seniority
