Pros

Pay is pretty good when you start. Great company to have on your resume for market research as P&G is perceived as the thought leader on consumer research.

Cons

MBA's start as a Band 1's and ABM's start as Band 2's. You don't receive a bonus until you are a Band 3 manager. With most roles being 2-3 years each and the number of roles required to get promoted to Band 3... It can be 8-10 years before you get a bonus or get to manage others. ABM's have one less assignment to complete since they start out as Band 2 managers.

Pros

Good compensation and benefits, excellent people to work with in terms of talent, opportunity to move around regions / countries and work elsewhere.

Cons

Many senior managers are too focused on results that they forget they are talking to people, not machines. Sometimes very hurtful when talking about results.
