      Pros

      You learn a lot by interacting with top profesional and being exposed to various business challenges, geographies, cultures. You have multiple opportunities to grow in career, does good to your CV.

      Cons

      Compensation package is not among the best, you work like crazy. Huge internal complexity, 80% of your time you spend in internal work and building x pages useless documents for some y people to see and comment on. Simple common sense decisions are not simple here. Though promotion opportunities exist they are not always fare and they are subjective and driven by politics. People working on upper management are often favored and that's how you end up with top management having no leadership or common sense people skills. As a result you have top talents getting frustrated and leaving the company. As a rule, positioning and presenting counts more than the actual results.

      Management is very compassionate and understanding of non-related work issue. Very easy to make a mark in the organisation. Lovely place to start and grow your career.

      Cons

      Management is not always transparant when it to certain issues. Very complicated process to your work, when there's a easier simple solutions to completing the task.
