Pros

P&G is stable, good pay, and have the oppurtunity to work in many different areas of the business and development a breadth of experience.

Cons

Like any big company, tough to move up quickly and lots of politics are involved. Things do not happen quickly and takes many people to get things done. Many of the jobs do not provide a great deal of value to the actual business. Classic Office Space middle management.

Pros

The benefits, network and presumptions external HR people make regarding the almighty P&G

Cons

Way too big. Feel they can buy technology, rather than invest in it. Just a big distribution giant.
