Pros

As an intern, you are given a great deal of autonomy with your projects. Additionally, you are provided with all the resources you need to succeed as an intern. You must be willing to ask for help when needed though.

Cons

The company culture is one that you either fit in perfectly or not at all. There is an attitude that some have about working for P&G, an ego. For instance, I made a recommendation and was given the response..."We don't do that. We are P&G." TO which I replied that it was important to our consumers. Some still did not care.

Pros

Lots of responsibility. Solid pay. Smart people. Competitive atmospher. Big brands. Solid reputation around the world. Promote from within culture.

Cons

High level of complexity sorting through multiple layers of management make it difficult to get things in a timely manner.
