Pros

Ability to make it or not is in your hands Excellent benefit package Great experience on your resume

Cons

Work life balance is a myth You will work 12 + hours Mon. Fri. and at least one day of the weekend Due to the consoldation of the industry i.e. buying points it will become difficult for the better talent to have a spot to move up in the company Cinn. forces out too much of the finance functions to field sales result too little time to sell
