Pros

Good name on your CV, lots of big brand names. Really nice office, and sometimes they give out free Pringles!

Cons

Product supply is a bit unglamorous, lots of fiddling with spreadsheets. Also not a great job if you care about the environment, as you may have to watch as management consign thousands of pallets of product to be buried in a big hole in Asia!

Pros

An exceptionally ethical company that cares about improving lives for the people of the world, both customers as well as employees . A lot of very smart people that are easy and fun to work with. Always ready to learn new things and to evolve with what's needed to continue to be successful. Really cares about the development of its people. If you are speaking up, your ideas will be implemented. Deeply commitment to understand what the consumers are really looking for.

Cons

As any really large organization, there is a lot of work that needs to be done to drive things forward which sometimes slows decision making down. Sometimes Managers are not necessarily promoted based on their competence, but who they know.

Pros

It's the best paid MBA in the world: the training and developing opportunities are endless and of extremely good quality. The projects are as massive as you want them to be. It's a great school. The question is, when to graduate from it?

Cons

Everyone works long days (8.00 to 20.00) then goes home and reconnects for a couple of hours, and finally works over the week-end... The trouble is that, this becomes the benchmark, and when ratings are given, it's impossible to get a good rating while having worked 'only' 12hours per day on week days. This explains why there are almost no 'old' people in this company and why ALL brand managers take a sabbatical at some point - it's not a sustainable rhythm.
