Pros

Integrity and honesty of the company is absolute. The company is very methodical is working through problems, issues, and dealing with people. It's a wonderful company to work for over the long haul. The people overall are great to work with, very dedicated, and flexible to the max to solve a problem for the company.

Cons

Methodical can also mean slow. They will take a couple of assignments or more to decide that someone is not a "fit" for P&G. There are lots of people who work really hard and some people who work hard at just looking good for management. Leadership doesn't always recognize and value the difference.
