Pros

Great place to learn, salaries are OK

Cons

Your career path is defined for next 10-15 years. The company is stable, but is not for everybody. After initial assessment, it is difficult to get promoted quickly, meaning if your initial assessment results place you at the level below manager, it is next to impossible to get to a manager level after that. P&G is very rigid in terms of possibility to change the functions. It is also very process-driven which means that it takes forever to have anything done in the company

Pros

Global Company with presence everywhere. The ambiance is great and you get responsibilities easily. It is really pleasant to find their products you work on in all shops and supermarkets.

Cons

Gross salary does not benchmark well against all peer companies Large company that at times lacks progressiveness Constant push to do more with less time, money, people
