Pros

The company is filled with very smart people which makes you better. The on the job and formal training you get is great.

Cons

Like any other large corporation I imagine, P&G can be bureaucratic and political at times. I think this will be hard to avoid with any large corporation.

Pros

The pay is Great and the opportunity to advance is within your area as line operation is great. Benefits are real nice too with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Cons

Management seems to look at employees as being expendable more so than valuable. Their ways of using a disciplinary system called B-mod, are a little extreme. Sometimes people are looked upon to work more as robots than people that may make little mistakes from time to time.
