      Pros

      Great training, builds the right foundation in terms of business knowledge and brand building. Chance to work with very competent, smart people. Structured, disciplined approach to business, training, and promotions (at least for the first 3 levels). Is good to have on one's resume.

      Cons

      Complexity, and lack of creativity. The amount of systems and processes can be frustrating.

      Pros

      Great resources to get work done. Generally very nice people. Recruitment ensures that new hires have similar values and personalities.

      Cons

      Lots of processes and procedures makes it difficult to get action quickly and react to conditions efficiently. Very competitive environment that places premium on who you know to work your way up the ladder. If you can talk well and keep your nose clean, you can do well here. Very difficult place to get hired into. The process is lengthy and utilizes psychological and aptitude tests to ensure candidates will conform and succeed in this environment. This can result in missing candidates who will challenge the status quo and innovate.
