Pros

Lot of career opportunities, stable company even in bad times, great training ground for top-notch skills, great diversity, flexible benefits, work-life balance options, good compensation, good company values.

Cons

Very political, very hierarchal, sometimes not respectful/appreciative of those in lower positions doing hard work, R&D technical career system is flawed, competitive system can inhibit teamwork/synergy.

Pros

Great responsibility given early. Broad exposure functionaly and geographically. Very much a company which is purpose, value and principle based. You will admire the capability of the people around you. Everybody is a very capable and highly focused person. P&G is an honest and integral company. Its focus is truely on consumers and providing value and improving their lives.

Cons

Not as cool or chilled out as a consulting, start up or google. Collaborative work ? straight responsibility. You cant be blunt. Hard Worker. Have to be mobile. The politics or power play is very much present. You might be overwhelmed by the distance from the cordial and warm environment of a college especially undergrad.
