Even those who struggle are treated with respect and truly valued. They are led down the right path for them, whether that's improvement to continue with P&G, or continue on to another firm of the employee's choice. Regardless, this is a great family company with great values. Plus, it's stable--despite the economy, people will always buy toilet paper, soap, and diapers ;-)
