Pros

Large company and very prestigious. Hands on work for everyone, and as an intern, you're able to interact with a lot of higher-ups. They also have activities for interns, so you're not all alone in your free time outside of work. The hours are good, and can be flexible from day-to-day, providing you give enough notice to your manager. Overall, I felt this was a good experience for such a large corporation. There are plenty of opportunities to travel and advance or move around the company.

Cons

Cincinnati is just a midwestern city, personally, I crave more sometimes, although it was fun living in one dorm at Xavier with all the other interns.

Pros

The reputation of the company is wonderful. Working for Procter & Gamble in Marketing has really increased my job opportunities within the Consumer Products industry.

Cons

You are generally required to spend some time working out of Cincinnati. There are limited opportunities in Los Angeles, Baltimore, and Boston. As the company is entirely promote from within, any external experience is disregarded. There is a lot of beauracracy and it takes a long time for things to get done.

Pros

P&G is an incredible Company. You will be working with other smart people for an employer you can be proud of. The company is massive but they still trust their employees and give them a large amount of responsibility. It is truly a fun environment in which to work. Everyone works hard and does a good job but they also joke and and have a good time. Most of the work is done in multi-functional teams, so you have the opportunity to work with colleagues with different expertise from yourself. It develops you very well.

Cons

P&G can be rigid at times. There is tremendous (understood but usually not mentioned) pressure to perform.
