Pros

P&G is a great company to work for. The size of the company allows for many career advancement opportunities. You are also often provided the opportunity to work in multiple positions, allowing for variety in your career adn the ability to try a new position every few years. P&G also has a comprehensive benefits package including good health benefits, retirement along with many other benefits.

Cons

Since it is such a large company it often takes a long time to come to a decision on a project and their are often many meetings, emails, meetings, meetings, to come to an agreement and begin a project.

Pros

Huge company that feels small, a million careers without one organization. Lots of fantastic benefits and a very good workplace culture. Everyone is friendly. Not the initial pick for an engineer to go sometimes, but it ends up being a great fit.

Cons

Not the ideal place for some technical functions. It can take a little while to get over that hump of realizing you are working for a personal care products company, as opposed to a more highly technical role within a "cooler" company.
