Pros

The enviroment in this company is very good. It is certain that we work a lot, but indeed we love what we do, it is a matter of passion. The people in this company are definetly very passionated. In the company, you can breaf an air of mind diversity, what also enrich the company results and performance. Here, you can be sure that your career is going to be tracking, what means that the managemente wont let you alone fighting to grow, they help you. If you are excited about challenge, this is the place for you, we move in an bit very fast, you have to think fast. The good part of all of this, is that the values and principles are very important for P&G people.

Cons

The bad side, is that in many times it´s no easy to balance your personal life with your work. The passion for what we do, make us many times to focus just in the job, goals, challenge... It can be very obcesive. By the other hand, no all the countries have many oportunities to develop your career wherever you are located, what means, that in some cases you hace to move if you want to grow, and the headquarters are almost always in the capital. That is no simple when you are looking for estability and for establish your family, and it can cause some issues with the other people that play a roll in your life, separately from your work life.

Pros

Here are a few: 1. Great Salary compared to most companies in the country. 2. Work Enviroment is one of the most satisfactory and easy going of all. Young workers and a very entertain and dinamic facility. 3. Work Place is wide and comfortable. Relax room, coffee shop, eating place, vending machines, nice desks, great offices. 4. Work-life balance. Great job if you like doing hobbies on the weekends and even in the middle of the week. You are the master of you time. 5. Working Community. You just need a couple of weeks to become friend with half of the peolpe around you. Most of them are like you, are young like you, are healthy as you and share the same passions. 6. Great team work and collaboration from all parts. 7. You feel powerful and have the oportunity to take decisions for yourself no matter in what band you are.

Cons

Take a look of some downsides @ P&G: 1. Big Changes in no time! Sometimes you are used to work in the same place (country) and in the an instant Puf! at the next day everything changes, high management decides that for strategic plans you entire work force is being move to another country to continue operations. 2. In some cases, so many people is involved in a project or a decision to make that focusing in the project is very difficult. Too much time is lost in the decisions and the approver. Hopefully P&G has developed a new model calles PACE that when implemented, this problems instantly dissapear.

Pros

Best company. Best methods and continuously improving them. Always striving to do the right thing and live out the stated values. Incentives are for the most part ligned up with desired behavior. Pay is fair at the beginning but gets progressively better as you stick with it. Benefits are really good. The company is sensitive to personal needs and will accomodate life / work balance that are reasonable. This company promotes from within which then creates a great expertise at the higher management levels. Other (most) companies hire from the outside at any level which then results in bosses that do not really have the skills to be a boss when compared to subordinates that have been around a while.

Cons

Some people might see it as a downside that you can't just sit and relax. You have to continously stretch yourself just to keep up. That in turn in personal and professional growth at a much faster speed than an average company. Also, my only build for the comnpany is that it needs to ensure being a good people manager is part of the skills needed for promotion beyond band 2. I've seen a few people making it beyond that that are well known for being "very" difficult. They in teun could/have created collateral damage by way of scaring away employees that could have been great for the company to keep around.
