Pros

Great share plan and pension. Given trust and responsiblity from day 1. Great place to learn about operations.

Cons

Lack of training for new starts which leads to stress. Work environment can be unprofessional and passive aggressive (difficult to get a word in edge ways at times) Many people leave, there is always word of a resignation. The start time is too early and is not detailed in the contract signed. Feel like you need to work extra hours and you don't get paid overtime if you aren't paid hourly. Too many office politics and people bad mouthing each other behind their backs.

Pros

compensation and free PG products, or with over 50% discount. Stock acquisition plan.

Cons

- long working hours (10h) as standard every day, - there is huge focus on delivering targets, that nice for the company, but with the price of very long hours, - Impossible to take paternity leave which the company promote, that they give 2months paid for fathers. - Almost impossible to take long annual leave more than 2 weeks. even if you have balance. - if you are looking for worklife balance this is not the right place.
