Pros

- Competitive pay and benefits, well above national average - Big responsibility from day 1 - Promotion from within, which means basically high focus on people development and on growing talents. - job rotations every 2 years more or less. - P&G Values are felt and real at all levels, the company acts in line with values. - the environment is informal and people approachable, even if you need to be careful on what, how and to who you say things.

Cons

- not a digital company yet, the improvement is slow, but in line with FMCG sector. - is not easy to get an international career before 6+ years in the company. - Despite the informal environment it's very political, it's not transparent and clear how people are staffed on roles and sometimes it seems the politics has the same importance of job performance. (in my opinion this is more driven by the national culture of local leadership than P&G as a company). - people turnover is very very very low, a healthy mix of fresh talent and expert manager is ideal, but then a lot of people are "parked" reducing number of opportunities for talents. - given the politics, some people don't act to drive business results , but to impress managers or avoid issues/disruptions. (true at all levels)
