Pros

Flexibility for work hours and where you work

Cons

Given lots of work, zero responsibility and zero credit given for the work you do. It's all about politics and who supports you.

Pros

The company has great benefits (profit sharing, health care, etc.) and pays competitively. There are lots of career options and you have some level of control of what you want your career to be.

Cons

Since starting my job I haven't used my engineering degree one single time. The longer I've been with the company, the further I find myself away from engineering work. I feel this makes me less marketable to any company other than P&G.
