There are few benefits after the initial connection with the client facilitated by Proxify. Proxify takes a commission, pays you, and you work directly with the client. It is possible, despite the client’s obligation to honor a notice period for part-time and full-time engagements, that they may terminate the collaboration the next day. Apart from guaranteed payment, there is no assurance that the client won’t cancel the contract abruptly. There are no additional benefits such as vacation, training, or meaningful webinars, which tend to be superficial and unhelpful. Hourly rate is really low.
