      An ideal freelance option for remote work

      Remote work Decent hourly rates A variety of interesting clients Good communication with the client manager and community manager Payout never lates Interesting webinars and career improvement guides

      Cons

      The process of getting your first client sometimes can be really slow. Hourly rate increases really slow and the increase is really small. Working in a flexible mode/gigs, instead of part-time or full-time can result in losing a client overnight. You are still a freelancer, not an employee with no significant benefits

      Hiring process is faster and more human than others. It's easy to solve issues in their slack. Decent time reports. Not much to complain really

      Cons

      Could pay me way better. The check-in tool is 6/10, you better f5 before each check-in and will take few days to understand all options.
