Great place to learn because nobody knows anything we all learn together, nobody knows if we are learning the things right. Long serving staffs are retained and protected because they are long serving not performance driven and they are the toxic workers that stay around gossiping while new blood have to slog out to compensate for long serving staffs’ lack of calibre. Partners call the shots, needs to be worshipped like gods, very mountain tortoise style as they have never seen the outside world nor do they need to see. Company has HR consulting arm but in house HR is in a total mess with sky high turnover. Complete irony. People wear the OT culture like a badge of honour, not sure if they are really productive busy during officer hours or just lazy and sloppy. Always the same few that works very hard (late).
