Worst job I have ever had that almost ruined my life
Pros
- Decent money - On-boarding was fun but that's where the fun ends
Cons
- 80% Travel which means 4/5 business days, out of state, every week until the end of time - Directors don't care about personal well-being or job growth - No choice on projects for new hires and duration - No way to network once you get assigned to a project - They say they care about work-life balance but that is such a joke. There is no such thing. - Non-technical managers/directors running technical projects. Statements like "I'm not technical but..." run rampant and they have no idea what they are doing - Difficult to switch projects especially if you are on a small time - Outside certifications is limited and occurs only after being there for a year - There is no PwC culture
