      Pros

      there are three rounds of interviews. The first is OCR, second and third were online interviews through V-conference system. Convenient if you are in the States like me. No technical questions during the interview.

      Cons

      The waiting time after the interview was relative long. But it's understandable since they're in HK and I'm still in the States. Offer received 2 weeks after the 3rd interview.

      Great People, Challenging Work, Job Satisfaction Depends on your Supervisor

      Pros

      I worked in the Marketing & Sales team in a national role. I was able to work out of my home full-time but did travel some. The firm is very supportive of alternative work arrangements like telecommuting and offers excellent benefits. It's a demanding, challenging environment, but once you've established yourself with a good reputation, you are able to gain some latitude in work-life balance.

      Cons

      While the firm tries very hard to be a great place to work for all employees, your individual experience will depend heavily on your immediate supervisor. The vast majority of my career I worked for some pretty great people. However, in the instance where my supervisor was not good, it made for a miserable experience.
