Pros

Young coworkers, with a national average of 26 years old. Possibility of salary increase each year.

Cons

Every little issue is a fire drill, they commend taking vacation but ask you to work during those vacations, salary updates are promised every year but they will not meet your expectation when considering the hours worked/requests received vs. hourly wage even with the bonuses given. Lastly, if issues actually turn into major ordeals, everyone acts like we are saving lives. If you get in the way of that, you get thrown under the bus. Keep in mind that I am 2 rated.

Pros

Decent salary, motivated workers for the most part, good tools available, strong future career opportunities if you decide to leave the firm (I.e. Strong resume builder).

Cons

Work/life balance does not exist. The projects are not diversified. There is a clique mentality. Coaching from superiors is not strong.
