      Pros

      Team mates are very helpful.

      Cons

      Have to work for 12-14 hours for 7-8 months a year, no work-life balance, all the leaders follows close door policy. Senior Manager have no idea or knowledge of the work he depends on managers to report. High politics and very low compensation.

      Pros

      There isn't any pros as such apart from being a global brand. Never join this organization. In one word "PATHETIC" , specially US IAS practice.

      Cons

      1. There is special reservations for spouse of managers and Sr. Managers. 2. Spouse's get promotion without any qualification and desired skills. 3. HR policies don't work on spouse's of managers and Sr. managers. 4. Qualified and hard working employees get billed over the years.

      Weak Management of Administrative associates

      Pros

      Well known company; good résumé builder; high level exposure.

      Cons

      High level administrative leaders employ coordinators that cannot do the work they are handing to the admins to do. They do not listen to process improvements and overload you with work. If you do not finish your work they question everything you did. I documented everything and was hailed one if the strongest on the team, however, the coordinator would never recognize my contributions. Truly a great place but staffed with the wrong coordinators.
