Pros

Good name to have on your resume. Big 4 experience. Decent benefits.

Cons

Theirs a rank structure at PWC that inhibits progress from a lower level associate. Just because someone has worked at the firm for 10yrs doesn't mean they understand the best way to complate a project. It just means they been doing the same thing for a decade, they have no other relevan experience.

Pros

Well respected and reputable company that offers good training and exposure to outside companies should you choose to leave at anytime.

Cons

You are required to put in A LOT of hours in order to meet chargeablity requirements. The annual review process is an absolute joke. People who attend the annual review conferences remark about how unfair and arbitrary the process is. You are given a lot of vacation time at PwC but you can't use most of it if you want to hit your chargeability requirements.
