Pros

Co-workers are young and relatable if you're a fresh college grad. Promotions every 2-3 years are pretty much guaranteed if you're competent. Opportunities to transfer to different office locations around the world. Cross line of service rotation opportunities. Jeans Friday. Made some life long friends here.

Cons

Working here takes a toll on you mentally and physically. There will always be a metric that is unattainable. No work life balance, some work life flexibility (leave at 6pm but must work from home). High turnover so teams are often short staffed. Sometimes you will be demanded to travel and work at locations you have no interest in for up yo 6 months by HR due to "business needs". Not the best pay. A lot of managers get promoted just because there's no one else to promote (last one standing in their start class) and you will learn nothing working for managers that are not technically sufficient.
