Pros

Superb services to employees, good salary structure and nice office environment. Also provides night car drop facilities. Salary is excellent as per standards in Kolkata.

Cons

Too much work pressure and no regard for employee's personal life. Too much monotonous work and no such audit experience gained. Slowly becoming more Bengali centric.
