Good reputation in the market. Many projects and good resources all over the places Every person has a coach from senior level, they guide you very well if you get a good coach. Benefits are excellent apart from health insurance, work enviornment is good and quite competative Referral bonus are good and very satisfactory
Cons
Resources are not well utilized, they are given any kind of project not as per his/her speciality. Need to learn at client side if technology is not known and deliver the same. Travelling is alot and salary is not as per the market standards. Work life balance gets disturbed if the project is outside your city. If you dont get a project your promotion or bonus is hampered, even though getting the project is not your responsibility its the work of HR or the recruitment dept. Recruitment team is pathetic, they take months (6-8) to recruit any of your referrals.
