Pros

PwC is a great place to work. At times the work-life balance can be challenging, but you will get to work with some great people, and have plenty of opportunities for career advencement and professional development. It is important to note that many of the best parts of working for PwC do not come until you are a more experienced consultant and have established a good reputation at the firm (2-3 years).

Cons

The biggest downside to the firm is that their is sometimes a lack of good work-life balance. Additionally, it can be hard to network and try new things since the firm is so large and you tend to get stuck doing the same thing from project to project. It take a lot of work to put yourself in the position to try new/different things, but when you do it is worth it.
