      Terrible dog eat dog culture No recognition Outrageous favoritism - partners' pets rule - others treated as third world people Best talent leaves, those who stay for long either have to cope or are incompetent Competition for assignments between staff within teams All talk no action by leadership No cultural diversity Ancient LOTUS Notes!!! Still! No proper templates, everyone does things differently and uses different format. No knowledge management tools other than folder on the server!

      I have joined PwC India Kolkata with the dream of working in BiG4 ..but that was the biggest mistake i have ever done in my life . I can't explain how pathetic and horrible were my PwC journey. Here in PwC india they work mostly with domestic clients with no understanding of business and process ..so it is very frequent when you will developer some module/functionality that actually don't need by the Client so ..just work,,erase and rework. Forget about Weekend, Holiday or any leave . People are working here with Corona also. You have to work 12 /14 hours in a day including weekends. In my team almost everyone left in just one year of the project..some senior people having 11 years of experience put down paper without any job in the Corona period. Forget about Friends, Family or any other relationship. Here people are just working like hell in wrong direction and managers have no knowledge of the stressfull environment createby them only. "If you are thinking to join PwC India that to Kolkata location please reconsider".
