Pros

The working conditions are so bad that you would be able to apply for a migrant exploitation visa.

Cons

This organisation is the worst I’ve ever worked for. Don’t let the PwC name fool you; it operates more like a criminal enterprise than a reputable global audit firm. During your time here, you’ll encounter incompetent, volatile, and explosive management who engage in gaslighting tactics. Additionally, you’ll witness continuous unethical and potentially illegal misconduct. The working hours are terrible; expect to put in over 100 hours for meager pay. To top it off, they actively overcharge their clients for work they know will be scrapped, even forcing you to work late to early hours of the morning.

Cons

If you worked with a manager who doesn’t know anything then you are screwed!!! There are a lot of incompetent managers there.

Pros

Opportunity to make lasting friendships.

Cons

As a black female, you need to deal with: 1) Racism from "superior" races. 2) Prejudice from black leaders telling you that you are stupid and useless and that you will never be as good as your white coworkers, even though you have more than 10 years experience. 3) Sexism. 4) Being expected to put in AT LEAST 80 hours a week (yes, 80 hours is your minimum). You are even told that you need to work on weekends. 5) Being constantly told that you must be grateful that you have a job. 6) Being told and reminded that you can be fired at any time and for no reason. 7) Not being able to take time off, even when your parent has passed on and you need to organize and attend their funeral.
