Pros

There is a 1 month summer vacation, but sometimes they don't allow people to take it.

Cons

If you’re thinking about working here, be prepared that people are replaceable and they have no value for this company. Making a profit will always be top priority for them, no matter the cost. There is a reason why 90% of people leave within 1-2 years. This is a very abusive environment where people are constantly being called stupid and useless, despite working all day, even in their free time, on weekends and holidays as well, and are constantly harassed by bad management. They say the classic lines of „no one has a gun to their head, they don’t have to work overtime”, but if they don’t, they get bad reviews and they put their livelihoods at stake. I’ve seen the smartest, most talented people I’ve ever met ruined by these people. This company is a perfect example of how corporate short-term thinking can run things into the ground.

Cons

Let's be real here. The partnership is a cesspool of mediocrity. The truly talented are smart enough to leave within 1-2 years, and management primarily consists of middling white men and conformist women who have the personalities of a brick wall. If you are lucky to be placed on a good team, it can be a great learning experience, but gossip and political backstabbing is the norm. In audit or tax, expect to be surrounded by egotistical accountants with no originality and no social skills for 80 hours a week. Beware of HR. They exist to protect the firm, not you.
