Pros

The quality of work is latest and good Good brand name No major good points to write about Good company if you are bengali Had to write the above point as it was not allowing to save with so less Pros

Cons

No per diem when you are at client site Employees treated as slaves Dictatorship by some of the managers No work life balance No comp offs and its mostly seven days a week working Very shrewd and unethical management Need to shell out money from own pockets when at client place and then be at the mercy of managers to approve the bills which sometimes run into lacs So much politics No proper trainings provided No transparency in appraisal process

Pros

-Looks good on resume -Vacation, maternity/paternity leave, and unlimited sick time are phenomenal -Good opportunity to burn out, if you're into that -Free pop and leftover food

Cons

-If you aren't willing to sell your soul to the firm and drink all the kool-aid they put in front of you, they will coach you out and/or drive you nuts -They blatantly ram their liberal/progressive ideologies down your throat and seem to be more concerned with indoctrinating you than fostering a healthy work environment -WORST TECHNOLOGY EVER!!!! Prepare to spend a good portion of your time on the phone with tech support and/or pulling your hair out

Pros

- Work life balance compared to other strategy consultancies - Offices centrally located - Important clients

Cons

- Driven and smart people are penalysed and told to lower their quality of work to comply to the firm lower standards - Most of the projects are PMOs - very little strategy - the people attracted to the firm are therefore not of high intellectual caliber - Pay is an absolute joke - NEGOTIATE like there was no tomorrow when they make you a first offer, you can go as high as x1.5 the initial offer - Emiratis get paid double and have incredible benefits - absolutely not fair to expat who are 99% of the time more qualified - The business is divided in sylos, no cooperation globally and not even locally, not allowed to share a presentation for someone working in the same firm sitting in front of you because the revenue is not shared... a true joke knowing that consulting is an information & people business and not a PROCESS one (unlike what the management thinks). - Really, there are just so many cons that it's too long to list., do not start your career here!!!!
